How fast will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered on the same day, provided they are placed before the brand's daily cut off time and the item is available at the selected outlet. Delivery times may vary depending on the brand, outlet location, and order volume.
Can I track my delivery in real time?
Yes. Once you place an order with a participating brand and select Nomad Wear at checkout, you will receive an email to activate your Nomad Wear account. After activating your account and downloading the Nomad Wear app, you will be able to track your order in real time from pickup to delivery.
What kind of products do you deliver?
Nomad Wear specializes in same day fashion delivery. We work with a growing network of fashion brands to deliver clothing, footwear, accessories, and other fashion related products directly to your doorstep on the same day.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are subject to each brand's return policy. If the brand supports returns through Nomad Wear, you will see a return option for eligible orders within your account on the brand's website or customer portal. Simply submit your return request and follow the provided instructions.
